My Story
My journey in hospitality began on the ground floor, working in a butcher’s, a bakery and later in a kitchen as a pot wash before moving into front of house roles. After gaining experience in restaurant management, I eventually moved into the drinks industry where my real passion developed.
I worked with Estrella Damm helping grow the beer of Barcelona across the South East before becoming Key Account Manager for London and overseeing beer quality across the UK, as well as helping launch Victoria Malaga beer into the UK market.
I later joined Bacardi working within the prestige sector, before moving to the Carlsberg Group where I worked with brands including 1664 Blanc, Poretti and Brooklyn Brewery across premium hospitality venues.Today I work with drinks brands including San Cosme Mezcal, Ziegler Distillery (Freud Gin & Whisky) and Stillgarden Distillery, helping connect drinks brands with the right bars, restaurants and partners across the UK hospitality industry.
